Seller's payment instructions

Payment to be made within 7 days of order being placed

Insurance within Australia:

Postage insurance is REQUIRED within Australia

We offer insurance discount of 50% but accept NO responsibility for any lost items that were not insured.

Insurance for Overseas parcels:

Insurance on overseas orders is required for ALL orders exceeding $150.00

Please note!!  We advise to take out insurance on all parcels ( though this is optional. ) WITHOUT INSURANCE WE CAN NOT GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOU, AND WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY WHAT SO EVER FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE!!!

Shipping Method:

We use Australia post only.

Shipping options within Australia are:

  • Regular post ( by road from West Australia ) 5-7 WORKING days within Australia
  • Express Post 2-3 WORKING days
  • Registered post

Shipping options Over Seas

  • Air-Mail ( approx 8-12 WORKING days, depending on where you are in the world )
  • Registered Post International
  • Express Courier International
  • Sea-Mail ( approx 3-4 MONTHS, depending on where you are in the world )

Shipping & Handling

  • Orders are processed on weekdays only, and usually ship within 2 - 4 days
  • Panache Collectibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Panache Collectibles is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs duty required by your country.

Returns & guarantees

ALL our items are NEW in MINT condition, they all come with their relevant LOGO if it comes with a LOGO, with the relevant under stamp ( if they come with under stamp ) with their relevant box ( if they come boxed ) with their relevant papers ( if they come with papers ) and all tags are in the best condition possible ( if they have tags ) AND.... ALL OUR ITEMS ARE AUTHENTIC!!! NO IMITATIONS. WE do NOT sell 2nd hand unless stated.

Panache Collectibles assures the quality of its products.

Returns will only be permitted with written consent of Panache Collectibles. a product replacement or refund will be issued where good deemed to be Faulty only so please choose your item carefully, as we will NOT grant a return, simply because you changed your mind.

Please notify Customer Service immediately and specify the reason for return.

There will be a 5% re-stocking fee on credit card orders.

All returns must be of the unused item(s) in original condition within 10 days of receipt of consent from Panache Collectibles, to the following address:

Should a claim arise When insured.......... please keep ALL external and internal packing materials, as the Australia post office may want to inspect it.
